Reach Mobile has worked seamlessly and with a rapid response time in serving my elderly father and me. In his case, he has become unable to use a cell phone and they were very patient and helpful while we tried to figure it out. I would recommend them 100%! Not to mention the reasonable price.

Soooo given that a cellphone carrier is a necessary evil, as was a landline carrier previously. Over the years have had several cell carriers, only wish that had had this carrier from the beginning (late 80’s). This carrier is unlike any have had in the past. Obviously not modeled after the other carriers. Seems they actually treat as a paying customer, not an annoyance! Customer service is extremely friendly & cooperative, not to mention responsive. Price is extremely competitive & fair. Overall a stellar experience. Will continue to recommend to others.

Switched from Verizon a few years ago and some things are the same, some are different. Same - service is the same. Phone still shows Verizon at the top, uses Verizon's towers. Different - I save between $35-$50 every single month, depending on how much data I use. My bill literally went from $85 to $35 per month and I've saved $1000 or so in just two years. That's bananas. Another difference is that when I call them, a real person answers the phone.

I was having an issue processing my payment and when I reached out through the online chat, Bhumika Mishra, a fantastic Customer Success Rep, responded right away to help! She did everything within her power to move the process forward and even checked on my progress much later to make sure that I was helped and taken care of! She was very helpful and kind!

This is my first chat with Reach Mobile. I got Rania. She was very helpful in getting cost of service plus some other questions answered. If I change cellproviders, customer service is a priority and Rania was great!

Great app and easy to use

After purchase, my SIM card arrived in 3 days- only took 15 minutes to set up and pop in. My new phone number had a slight error that was fixed with a quick customer service chat and an email! None of the big 5 ever get things done this fast, and sofar the quality of service has been top notch.
