I just joined Reach mobile and had a challenge with my phone calling out at first. Anita helped me on the chat and stayed with me until the issue was completely resolved. Very impressed with their customer service!

Just got the Reach installed on both of our phones. I kept the old phone numbers on both and in about 20 minutes both were up and running.
Also had a question on email and billing and the customer service was great also.

I had lost my phone and Boost mobile…
I had lost my phone and Boost mobile kept telling I needed to CALL their customer service, there was no way for me to communicate with CS except to call and they were the only ones with the information I needed. No matter how I impressed upon them that my phone was lost and there were no phone booths to use, they insisted I needed to call. So I looked for another provider who actually does have a customer service team and who worked with the fact I had no working phone. They also found a way to help me port my old number even when Boost was trying to make sure I could not obtain the needed info (luckily I found one courteous rep named Phil at Boost who found me the needed info). The Reach folks Reetika, Balvinder and their team were patient and worked very hard to help me and answered all my questions in detail, even the questions that Boost should have answered.
I was very unhappy in the other aspects of Boostmobile service (i.e. texts taking 1 to 3 days to arrive at another local phone in the Phoenix area, voice mail not working at all for weeks, yes, I waited too long to switch) and since I am new with Reach, I can not compare that aspect of service. However, the contrast in service to resolve a simple set of problems was huge. Reaches customer service was incredibly good and Boost was nearly non existent.
Thank you, Reetika, Balvinder and your team mates!

Reetika, Balvinder, and the team are truly awesome - it's great to hear they were extremely helpful in your switch over! It's a passion of ours to go above and beyond for all customers to help support them any way we can. Moving carrier services is a big deal, you have to make sure it's a right fit. We're super happy to see that Reach so far is that right fit for you!

Reach... for the long way around to mistreat customers?
I've been a customer for three months now, and I don't have anything good to say about Reach.
Before signing up I had a couple of chats to see how they behave overall, and to ask some questions about plans. They gave me the song and dance about how they're 'redefining what customer service should be', and how they're 'a woman-led company empowering women'.
I signed up, got started, and things were okay for the first month. I had to ask for help seeing my bill several times, and found out that the only way to actually view and manage your bill is through the mobile app, contrary to what I was told in the before-purchase chat, which was that I would be able to view and manage all aspects of my account on the website, or in the mobile app.
Once we got past that, all was well until 5 weeks in when I was running out of data for some unknown reason, so I asked to upgrade to the highest plan, 20 GB. They only let me upgrade to the 12GB plan, but didn't tell me that, so we went back and forth several times over the next few weeks.
This all came to a head for me when I chatted in for the fifth time on March 27th, and chatted with Reetika, who said she was 'not comfortable doing her job', so she was going to hand me off to her manager. Cue three hours of chatting and texting trying to get clear answers to my simple questions, lots of hassle, and several instances of completely ridiculous questions, like, 'would it be okay if I resolve this for you?' (Yes, really, they actually asked me that exact question).
After chatting with several agents with female names, I get a phone call from a guy who says he's the top manager, and he's here to get this resolved right now; he then got it resolved right then and there by upgrading me to the 20 GB plan. He refused to address any of my other questions or concerns, and hung up on me. During this instance, I was given the 'you're welcome to leave' spiel four times.
This last round of issues started 4 days ago when I noticed consistently slow speeds, and that I had no data access while in a phone call, even though i'm in an LTE area, and I have LTE service (so says my device). I asked for help yesterday, chatted with Cyan, and i've never had such a horrible experience with a mobile carrier CSR in all of my years! She turned off my service, disabled my device, completely ignored me, demanded I reboot the device even though I had already done so, then demanded I turn it back on even after I told her it turned itself off, and gave me the message 'disabled by carrier', and carried on with her abuse for close to half an hour before she ended the chat. I was completely blown away by how rude and nasty she was! I again got the 'you can try somewhere else' spiel at least six times.
After an hour or so my device rebooted, my service was restored, and another hour later I got an email saying there is no issue, but they did everything they could do (yes, really).
So now here I am, having asked for help again (with great trepidation!) a half dozen times today, and have been repeatedly ignored.
I am a little sad to say this, but it seems like Reach is an MVNO run by women who hate men.
I have purchased a SIM kit from another company and hope the port goes smoothly, but i've also got an attorney lined up in case things don't.
I am absolutely amazed at how much time, effort, energy, and cost these people will put into being rude, nasty, difficult, and hateful, and how little time, energy, effort, or cost they'll put into resolving issues and answering questions.
Good customer service is faster, cheaper, and easier than bad customer service!
Gee, how nice of them to reply... with the same garbage that led to this review! I've been promised a call from a manager 9 times in this case so far; up to this time (1613 CT 17MAY21) I have received NO calls, answers, help, or assistance from anyone at Reach, despite my more than a dozen requests.
Further, I've been through multiple 'network resets', but never had one that resulted in a 'device disabled by carrier' message, and none that came with the abusive behavior I received from Cyan.
I'll suggest again: Instead of trying to minimize the issues, just resolve them.

Hi Daniel – we apologize for the frustration you are experiencing. The process our team has been walking you through is called a network reset, which serves to wakeup/refresh the cellular signal. Usually it’s a quick and painless process that requires your phone to be turned off, then back on. It has always been (and still is) our intent to work collaboratively with you to troubleshoot the issue and get your connectivity running smoothly again. Although we were assisting you over chat this weekend, it was our sense that speaking with you on the phone might help troubleshoot the issue more easily. We offered to have a phone call with you over the weekend (outside of our usual phone support hours), because your connectivity is important to you, and to us. We would be happy to coordinate that still.
Though our actions indicate the same, it’s important to state that we never under any circumstances discriminate based on age, sex, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, physical or mental ability, or any other factor. We will continue to offer you customer support to the best of our ability. As with all of our customers, we will readily assist with a smooth port out if you choose to switch service providers. Please be in touch if we can be of further assistance.

Great company, really recommend
Preeti was amazing, efficient and super responsive. All customer service has been great and fast every time i needed them. Very fair, once they charged me wrong, they refunded me within minutes without arguing like other carriers usually do or making you wait for months. Recommend to everyone
