I bought a $500+ item for $40. I was looking for this item at the right price for years. Wow! Package was shipped directly to me by the auction house.

Streamlined process; helpful and positive attitude from customer service. A pro experience unlike many lackluster experiences from European auctioneers

The shipping price was extremely high. The package weighed under two lbs. It was coming to NYC. It was sent FedEx ground. The charge was $69 without insurance. The cheapest quote for shipping with proper packing and insurance was $114. This was for four 19" x 25" sheets of paper.

Hello, We are NOT the shipping company. Our offices is the auction company. As noted in the terms and conditions, the first page of our website, the auction catalog listing first page, the message sent to bidders during the auction and the email sent to all buyers after the auction. Your issue is with the shipping offices.

Good communication. Product description excellent. Pictures excellent. Payment shipping arrangements a bit confusing and could be streamlined. However the latter made up for by excellent follow-up emails. Overall would definitively deal with these folks again without hesitation.

Staff was happy to address questions about items not contained in the catalogs. Very gracious in spite of obviously busy work days.
