Zhenqiang, We now understand the confusion on your part. First, we do not sell on Catawiki and never have. Second, we did not have any auctions online on November 9, 2025, and finally we have no order numbers of 44434774. So, to conclude you did not purchase any items from our auction on November 9, on Catawiki and have no reason to leave us negative feedback. The only business we had with you was in April of 2025 and that deposit, made under the name and email we have on record, has been fully refunded using the same payment method as the original deposit. For your convenience, a summary of all transactions is included below. - Thursday, April 10, 2025, (4:55 pm): Invoice #001400 for May 10, 2025, auction refundable deposit: $518.50 - Friday, April 18, 2025 (4:26 pm): Refund for #JeL9 RBFineArts CFL Inc: ($518.50) As your deposit has been refunded and you were not the winning bidder for the item in question, we do not see any outstanding issues at this time. From our perspective, this matter is resolved. We wish you every success in your future endeavors.

We understand the frustration a person can have when they do not understand a process to pay an invoice for an online purchase. That said, we did go over the instructions with you via email but for some unknown reason you felt that it was aggressive and abusive to help you with your payment process. Since you did not pay your invoice, we filed a dispute of nonpayment as described in our terms and conditions you agreed to when you registered to bid in our auction. As for the credit card autopay, you signed up for that with your Live Auctioneers platform account but again you may have missed that in their terms and conditions. No one is, was or plans to blackmail any of your information. We process tens of thousands of invoices every year and some people have issues, and we reach out to help them with success the majority of the time. Your inability to accept help or be offended by it does not reflect on our company but you as a customer. Your email and conduct are unacceptable for the many people in our offices and with Live Auctioneers Platform customer service that tried to help you: Hello Suckers, I left a negative review for LiveAuctioneers And I intend to do the same for Compendium Auction House. Besides I have cancelled my creditcard. We wish you good luck in future endeavors and hope you can find some kindness somewhere.

We are an auction company and not a charity non-profit business. The shipping company you used is also not a charity non-profit business, nor is the carrier used to deliver your items to your shipping address across the country for almost 1400 miles. We are also not the shipping offices, we are the auction company. We do not set prices from the carriers. The shipping offices used complies with the carriers charges as they do continue to raise the prices since "inflation" is affecting prices on everything. We, nor the shipping offices, can answer for the carrier if they did not get the signature the shipping offices requested be done. You purchased a very ornately framed piece of art and two large pieces of pottery. Packing these items to be shipped safely to arrive unbroken does cost accordingly. We understand the irritation of the high prices but again we are not responsible for the rise in these costs.

Hello, We are NOT the shipping company. Our offices is the auction company. As noted in the terms and conditions, the first page of our website, the auction catalog listing first page, the message sent to bidders during the auction and the email sent to all buyers after the auction. Your issue is with the shipping offices.

We have replied more than once to your negative feedback and will consider this our last correspondence with you on this matter. Our business again is an auction company not a shipping store, we did not ship your item. On a common sense note though, the item you purchased did measure 22" x 23" and was art. With that knowledge, since we have purchased art ourselves via online auctions, are aware that shipping costs as well as many other costs in todays world is rising. This makes sense because the price of vehicles, gas, air fuel and etc. have gone up tremendously so the carriers will then pass their cost onto the buyers. We hope this economics lesson has helped you.
