RBFCU online app is pretty awful. We have loans and many accounts through RBFCU. I just called Customer Service was brushed off by them regarding a loan that wasn’t paid but said it was scheduled. Their ATMs never work. And their customer service is pretty awful. she just basically cut me off it to transfer me to loans instead of trying to help me answer my questions. Find a different credit union.

HORRIBLE.. you cannot even imagine lesser customer service. I had several loans with these people and they were handled incompetently, from the very start. They have competitive rates, and that's what made me continue with the process. But they keep asking for the same information, repeatedly (as others have said), and make it very difficult to login each time to provide it. You cannot contact the loan department directly through email - which would be convenient and personable - but instead have to login each time to provide (yet another) snippet of (irrelevant) information. In 48 months of a vehicle loan, I was only late with a payment (postal service) one time, But I received - no joke - 11 (ELEVEN) letters in the mail that my payment was late. Not one email or text message. Unbelievable.

Was supposed to get paid today had bills to pay but they could care less... Called over with no real resolution to members that are still waiting on the direct deposits as of today at 2: 00pm I'm definitely switching banks Because I can't have this in the future where I don't have a backup or nothing is covered in these circumstances. I would look elsewhere because in times like this they don't have a backup for their members in case of outages or delays and direct deposits. Was told to pull out a line of credit which by the way you have to pay interest on that That's not really a real resolution

Had an account with RBFCU for a car loan that I paid off. Left some money in the account but stopped using it. Found out they added an inactivity fee and stole the remaining funds. Never do business with this company.

Do not use this bank. They will deliberately overdraft your account, while even though you have the money, will intentionally restructure your payments to put your entire account into the negative. Screw you guys. I have been banking with yall for over 15 years and you play with my life and money like this.

Omgoodness RBFCU has such great staff members there. I have had Good experience physically at an RBFCU branch as well as over the phone or online. Always have had exceptional customer service. Their branches always delightful, very welcoming and greeted with friendly tellers as well as well mannered security guards. RBFCU have great loan options and helpful/assisting options throughout the duration of the loan. Many other perks when having an RBFCU account. I was assisted recently by Mrs Tracy with my recent loan request. She was a doll! Absolutely wonderful. Full of life. She spoke to me about the counter offers and helped me get a loan repayment installments that fit my needs. Very knowledgeable, credible. Well spoken, easy to understand. Brilliant. Thank you RBFCU for being the best financial institutions available. The motto "Here, you are family" holds golden truth. 💛

I wrote a check for new gutters on my home. It was a large check that is out of usual bill pay amounts. I received a text message and email this morning around Monday, 6am to announce clearing of the check in my account. I am so impressed by RBFCU and their system to alert me to a possible fraudlent check clearing my account the the steps to remedy the situation if necessary. I also want to commend the RBFCU Bulverde branch. They ARE customers service oriented. They go out of their way to help customers in person, in the drive up windows and now with 2 new drive up ATM machines!! The Manager, Elin Garrison has been very helpful to me on serveral occassions. She has a fantastic RBFCU team.

Avoid at all cost. Terrible business They dont like to let you spend your own money, they lock you out of your account all the time for no reason. literally the worst place to keep your money. Staff is mean and rude not helpful. I think they enjoy hurting people. Hospital dates moved back risking lives due to a staff members ego . Go literally any where else
