My wife and I thought we had lost our RBFCU debit card on a Saturday so we cancelled it and ordered a new one. RBFCU told us a new card was processed and that we would get it in 3 to 5 business days. Within an hour afterwards, we found our now deactivated missing card so we figured we'll just wait for the new card to arrive by Friday since that would be up to 5 business days. We checked the mail day 3, 4, and 5, but never received it. On Friday we called RBFCU headquarters to find out what happened?? They gave us these excuses which they fail to mention when they tell you a new card has been ordered. 1. Oh, we don't consider Monday as one of the 5 business days. 2. When we asked why can't you offer your members an option to get it fast delivery even if we have to pay? They told us then that we could have done that although it is something that we were not told when we ordered the card. 3. As my wife got online to check the tracking of the card I asked the person if they could track the card for us and they told us no. At that point in time we told the person that we could see it online that the card was processed on Saturday but 5 business days later it had not been shipped. It was still on processed status online and RBFCU blamed it on the post office. The phone call ended with their I'm so sorry nothing we can do about it. You just have to wait for it to arrive. Our next step is to move all our finances over to another bank that will appreciate their members. A&E Trevino San Antonio, Texas
