The product was promised to arrive by Saturday, got here Wednesday, three days earlier! Product zipper bag was in a cardboard express envelope inside a plastic outer bag, so the hard pieces wouldn't punch through and get lost. I counted and the quantity was exactly as advertised.

It took 3 days to “process” my order and 7 days to ship when I paid for 3 day shipping
Response from RavenoxJun 8, 2020
Hello Shawn, Please note that your order was placed in our system on May 27th, and was shipped two days later on May 29th. USPS priority shipping was paid, which normally is an approximate 3-day window for the carrier. The carrier delivered your package on June 6th. Please understand that we have no control over the carrier timelines, as shipping windows may be longer due to the COVID-19 crisis. We hope you understand and are able to update your feedback according to the "two-day" window that we provided from the time the order was placed on our website to the time we shipped the product from our warehouse. Best, Customer Support.
