Wonderful customer service! So friendly and responsive! Plus the rope is just beautiful quality. I am using it for a sculptural project at a museum in Michigan and it is art quality! Love that it has recycled content and is made in the USA too!

This rope is fantastic, soft, pliable, and holds up to adverse weather. Best part -made in the USA! Given 4 stars instead of 5 as price point is slightly high. Quick shipping, love this product! Have bought 2 of the same rope now to make tree swings for multiple households. Highly recommend.
