Not what I ordered
Not what I ordered. I ordered a 6 gourd, vertical mount. What I got was a 12 gourd, horizontal mount. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, not too bad, but slower than I thought it should be. Also, shipping was super high$$$$. I didn’t expect it for free, but $75???? In the end, the unit looks like it would work well for its intended purpose, just not what I thought I would receive. Edit, After further thought I’m raising this to 4 stars. Customer service responded. That being said, I probably should’ve contacted them as well. I just really didn’t see a resolution that would benefit both parties. If they send me what I ordered, they’d be out 2 racks because I sure am not going to pay too send this one back. I possibly could’ve been mistaken on what ordered but I don’t think so since I ordered 6 new gourds as well. Maybe a glitch in the system. I still stand by the fact that it looks like a well made product for its intended use. Now I just have to buy more gourds and re-drill the ones I’ve got. Shipping is still high but it is a big package. (Still a cheaper total than other units)
