I have been looking for a nice all cotton rope about 10' long to use in my training progra with my horses; teaching them to pick up and hold their feet up for ferrier visits etc. This is exactly what I needed in order to not injure them if they fought (training yearlings and foals). Very quick service, excellent quality!

At first I went to your add at Amazon hoping to get free shipping but the site was very hard to order what I wanted so I had to pay for shipping. Not happy about that!

Hello Matthew, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are disappointed to see this 2-star review. We looked through our records and our customer support team is always available to answer questions or concerns, and unfortunately we were not contacted. The shipping charges that we pay in advance are passed on to the customer. This review is not a reflective of our products or service. We wish you well. Best, Customer Support

Carol, with customer, service was awesome! After much discussion about types of ropes, we got disconnected. She called me back. I have never had that happen before. I always have to call back and then get to speak with someone different and go over everything again. Not this time - GREAT customer service experience #1. I had been searching for a thick black rope for a twin mattress porch swing. My wife wanted a very specific look and size of rope. Carol was able to give me all the details/specifics of the different rope types. She was knowledgeable in all of the different types. GREAT experience #2. I had asked her what knots they recommend using. She said there was a number of different knots and to check out YouTube. About 1 hour later (after placing my order online) she called me back to let me know that the technical department had tutorials on all this and more. GREAT experience #3.
