Zero Stars!! Nightmare of a Company
If zero stars was an option, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service. You will be yelled at, hung up on, and not be able to reach anyone ever again. Their website is full of false advertisements from shipping times to what you are actually buying. Thieves!! Update: I did receive a call from this company. I did, after more research, discover that on a mobile device….in the fine print and another drop box….it says no gourds were included. But, the representative from the company explained that their poor website design and deceitful order process was my fault. Probably the absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware!!

It is disappointing to receive a 1-star review from you, Matt. At Ravenox, we pride ourselves on being honest and communicative with all of our customers. In the case of the gourd rack you were very angry to receive (re: without the gourds, in the time frame you received it), this information is explicitly listed on the product listing in bold, red lettering. The gourds are not included and this product does have a lead time. On your second call with customer service, you actually admitted that you did confirm this information is on the product listing when you looked at it thoroughly. We urge any current and potential customers to look at our 4.7-star rating and read other reviews that more accurately represent Ravenox as a company.
