These radios have great range (do as claimed) are very cost effective and we're shipped and received 2 days earlier than expected! Customer service is also friendly and very helpful.

Love using these when I'm traveling and my minor children are able to reach me without buy them a $1000 smart phone. Also the customer service team has been top notch and very responsive to general questions and issues.

This is exactly what I wanted to have: two Faraday bags with RapidRadios and charger blocks, one at home and one in my car, so no matter who is where, we can connect on-the-fly and with confidence. Think I may need one more for my network!

I work for a rural volunteer fire department in SC and Rapid Radios has been a gamechanger for our group. Rather than trying to coordinate what team member is grabbing what apparatus when the tones drop, who is busy and not coming, etc via text or phone call.. we can instantly communicate with the touch of a button and without searching for my reading glasses. Before we would have to either use cell phone ( my eyes dont see like they used to ) or we would have to use our fire radios and every other person with a radio can hear your conversation, plus we are tying up air traffic. We had wildfires here in SC and in a hurry, accidentally ran mine over with the engine.. didnt realize it came off my belt clip in front of bay door..not a great day. Rapid Radios was fantastic with getting me back on the air in a matter of days. Be patient, they are hard to get on the phone but customer service is top notch I assure you!
