I had to return the three radios I purchased. I didn't know about the yearly fee until I received them. I don't have small children, nor do I run a business. I would use the radios so rarely that a yearly fee is not practical for me. From what I could tell, the produce is well made.

The company is easy to deal with and shipping was in the expected time. The radios had good clarity and allowed us to communicate from vehicle to vehicle from FL to TN. The only downside was on the mountain roads with no service they didn't work like traditional radios we typically use. If they could work on both common frequency and use the cell towers when available these would be perfect.

Gavin in customer service was super helpful! I purchased three Rapid Radios and one of them had an issue charging to 100%. He helped me troubleshoot and ultimately resolve the issue. He was very responsive and made sure I was 100% running properly. Thanks again, Gavin!

Just got a call from Rapid Radios, They sincerely apologize for the mishap on the phone. They reached out and are making everything good and I will be buying two or maybe three this next week. They answered all my questions and are willing to make things real easy for my purchase. It is good to have a company that really wants to try to make things right. They have my vote

I never thought I would find such quality radio products that do what they say. I couldn't believe when I was 1400 miles away and could hear my Colleague on my radio just like she was sitting next to me. Definitely a return customer.
