I have really enjoyed using the AI agent Rai for most of my questions and it feels more like a readily available financial advisor with access to all my financial data to build a quick data driven response. However, I have experienced slow feedback from the Range team with respect to building my Tax Plan/Strategy for me to implement them before the end of the year. Also synchronizing of some of my account on range with my children’s 529 has been an issue too.

Took a long time to begin

A very methodical way to onboard clients, putting all of the info into a single, and very richly flavored dashboard. All connections are electronic collection of Bank, Brokerage, Credit Card, Insurance and Retirement accounts, as well as loans. And, then begins the 'recommendations to excel with the assets', 'organizing it well', 'knowing the costs associated with each of the current investment', and a fully well rounded asset allocation model.

Ziggy and Eric have been great in answering questions and giving me advice on using the website. I'm looking forward to the assistance RAI and the team will provide.

Matt was amazingly knowledgeable, great personality, eager to help, understood both our minute tactical questions as well as broader strategic intent very well, fast speaking, we got a lot done in 30 minutes… my wife now only wants to consult Matt!!!

I actively researched the tool and experts that I wanted to use to manage my money. Coming from a fintech background I had high expectations. Range meets and exceeds them with the quality of h their tools and availability and quality of their experts.

When I have a question, it seems so common for people to tell me to ask a CPA, lawyer, real estate agent, etc. I'd either have to wait to talk to them next year or the next time I do business with them, or I could try to send an email and it wouldn't be worthwhile for them to respond. Range is the one place where I feel like I can ask anything, any time.
