It’s impossible to get a timely response and even less likely to get a response from a human. I understand part of the business model and platform requires the use of AI and was willing to give it a chance but I will not be renewing or recommending this service unless there is improvement in the human interaction protocol.

Working with Range has given me the peace of mind i've been lacking for years when it comes to financial management. i just joined range basic plan last month…. the platform suites me perfectly…. i’m a part diy investor and i also use different custodians such as fidelity and vanguard whom i also have an advisor managing part of my assets…. the range platform with AI rai integrates all the data i input and tracks and analyzes ALL the inevests inside and provides an accurate breakdown of the asset allocation within…. everytime i ask rai a question it answers quickly just like any ai such as chat fpt etc but it also incorporates my financial data and aituation and makes reccomendations…. i met with my human advisor today she is very approachable and knowledgeable…. i plan to eventually move aome of my investment funds with range as their focus is not the typical aum (asset management model)…. i hope range continue to grow as it may have an uphill battle to go against the typical financial giants charging aum, selling variable annuities etc…. i hoghly reccomend giving range a try…
