Great investment advise for a guy nearing retirement. Tom Callahan has been very patient and great to work with to get all the accounts set up with the right mix.

The help is great. The 2 largest issues so far is very unorganized onboarding. I am driving the whole thing with no checklist, no dashboard of what is getting done or what needs to be done. BUT - every question I ask is answered in under 48 hours and the answers are relevant , useful and RAI is amazing so far. If the onboarding can get smoother and cash invested faster than 1X a week or when reminded, This would be a 5 star for me. Keep up the good work.

The first kick-off call was very useful. All the concepts were explained, and it actually allowed me to understand the strategy and how to better manage my financial situation. All my questions got answered, and overall it was a great experience.

I love the model at Range. We moved from our 30 year relationship with our prior advisor to Range. What is most impressive to me is their staff. These are VERY SMART people. Every experience has been great. We are saving about $40,000 a year and getting a BETTER experience. They also integrate tax planning which is great. Love RAI, there AI LLM. Why wait, trust and move NOW. So glad we did!!!

I have been using range.com for about two years. for the most part. It’s fine. But when there is transition and you need attention from Range advisors, the responsiveness is terrible. I’m in the middle of changing jobs and I need advice and recommendations and they typically don’t reply for 34 days that’s completely unacceptable for a $5000 per year service. the agent is pretty good but you can get that for cheap cheaper in a lot of different places. I wish there was a better way to communicate with the advisor than just sent an email and hope somebody replies. It seems I’m still playing the quarterback in this game. If I have to do that I might as well just DIY it. I’m considering canceling at renewal time.
