This seems to be a comprehensive and very smart system. The tools are world class and Range offers just the right balance of self and AI-directed guidance with a knowledgeable human whenever you need one. And I love the pricing. The absurdity of paying a % of AUM is over.

So far, we’ve unfortunately had a pretty abysmal experience. The tax filing system is very under-developed, which resulted in us missing the filing deadline and we still haven’t seen the proposed filing. Meanwhile, communication has been very slow and often very out of touch with what we need and even who we are (e.g. referring to my wife as my husband, and later as he/him despite repeated corrections and Range having a LOT of our personal information). Individual sessions / guidance has been decent, but for the price tag of the “full service”, I cannot recommend this product at all.

Delayed responses, mistakes on estate documents, insufficient time spent on tax review and recommendation. Definitely a poor experience and way below expectations.
