Incredibly smooth account signup process. Great savings account interest rate. Quontic is trying to do things the right way. Low overhead and a customer-centric approach. The welcome letter in the mail was a nice touch too.

I just opened a Quontic money market account. It was a very easy and straight forward process to open the account. They have some of the best interest rates in the business, and the web site and the App are very easy to navigate. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend banking at Quontic bank!

I was having some difficulty opening up and funding a new online savings account. A call to the 800 number was answered promptly. The folks I spoke with couldn’t have been more patient and professional. They walked me through the registration and funding process. It was so refreshing to find outstanding customer service. I’m looking forward to a long term banking relationship with Quontic.

Recently signed up for Quontic Bank online. So far things been great, it was easy fast and quick to join. I've been looking for a higher yield savings rate and I found it with Quontic Bank, very excited to see my money grow hope this rate won't change.

I pretty much gave up dealing with Quontic untill I called on July 27, 2022 and spoke to Taya, who is a customer service rep for Quontic. I needed to close and cancel a savings account with Quontic due to the horrible experience of signing up as a New customer on July 22, 2022. To make a long story short, I ended with (2) savings account along with (2) ATM cards. I only wanted one. On top of that, I learned that you cannot have a external transfer Feature untill 30 days past opening an account! Why? I called customer service and spoke to Taya. She was superb! She was kind, patient and helpful. She explained Quontic Bank procedures clearly and simply. It is my hope that Taya is promoted and recognized for her skill. Thank you: John P. Donahue
