I ordered 3 different keys, for 2 different laptops. They sent it to me, all the way to the Netherlands. I'm happy to have chosen this company. Also wish they had a location here in the Netherlands so I could thank them and probably order more :)

They sent me the wrong key even after I sent them photos ahead of time They did find the right key the second time but now it's out of stock. COol Plus they refused my refund. Not sure why they have anything less than 5-star reviews. A cat clawed out the D-key on my laptop. I stumbled across this site. There are not many companies that sell a single key. I am impress that one even exists--- THANK YOU!!! Good price. Fast shipping. I can't imaging how much GEEK Squad would charge. Amazing website. Well Organized to identify the matching key. I emailed support to confirm---they were quick to replay. They even sent a follow-up email to make sure I was satisfied.

Quikfix ignored my support request. They never responded to my request at all.

You would think you can get a replacement key from the manufacturer, right? Not in the case of LG! For my LG Gram 16" 2022/2023 edition, I was redirected to a whole new keyboard, totalling at around 154€. All because I broke one key by accident... No way in hell I'm paying that! Knowing most things come from China these days, I went to AliExpress and decided to buy a spare key with a hinge there. Once I received it, it did not work and I ultimately broke the actual key in half, because I had been pressing on the key too hard in the hopes it'd click into place. I was close to ordering the spare keyboard when I found this shop. Honestly I didn't think they can help me - the Chinese didn't seem to be able to and they usually produce the stuff, right? WRONG again! Not only was the customer support amazing - they looked at the images and deduced which key and hinge I should buy, but the product arrived and was very easy to install as there are video and PDF guides provided! Sure, even with express shipping to Germany (from the US), it still took around two weeks instead of one, but I can't blame QuikFix Laptop Keys for that. Overall I am very happy and the key looks perfect, too. When you ask them about a replacement key, just make sure to provide a shot of the keyboard and close-up shots of the key and key hinge. Wish I could append some before and after photos, but unfortunately I can't find a way to upload them here.

Great! Have an older laptop (~10 years old) that was torn up by my friend's dog. Decided to finally look into fixing it up, and QuickFix was fast and exactly what I needed regarding the replacement keys I needed. Unfortunately, one key was out of stock, but once that is (hopefully!) restocked, I will have my keyboard back to good as new! Really happy with everything.

***Update in response to company reply here. Incorrect, I tried to place my order multiple times, wanting to pay with PayPal, through both Firefox and Chrome. Neither would go through. Even today. The last reply I received from Quik Key was July 27 and I have send emails and messages through the company site several times. I corrected any errors and still got an error message. I even emailed about the error message. And yes, I did check spam. What's the deal with this company? I ordered replacement keys from another company, selected the wrong hinge, and had difficulty with their customer service after. So I decided to try QuikFix. First, I asked 2 questions to make sure I order the correct product and got a quick reply . . . to 1 question. So I tried again. No response. I tried placing the order anyway and got an error code. I tried repeatedly to order, no luck. Worse, I contacted the company several times over a couple of weeks and got no reply! Guess I'll have to order from another supplier.

They were the only company, of several, who not only told me what size of key I needed to replace on my laptop, but provided a chart showing key sizes on their website. They quickly confirmed my key size via email and I am very grateful for their comprehensives service.
