When we do not have a restock timeline, we display that honestly rather than offering vague or misleading estimates. We also offer a notification option on every product so customers can be alerted the moment it is restocked. Our support page explains that we do not provide stock ETA responses when no timeline exists—because there is no new information to share. Repeated messages asking for what we’ve already stated publicly doesn’t change this and only clogs the queue for time-sensitive support requests. We understand this may not have been the answer you wanted, but it’s not due to a lack of care—rather, it’s a commitment to accuracy and fairness across all customer interactions. Considering you didn't even make a purchase with us because an item was out of stock, a negative review is truly unwarranted. We would have been more than happy to expedite a replacement for you should it have been deemed as lost by USPS, but have now instead decided to issue a full refund as a simple courtesy.
