Communication with customer service representative was slow and awkward
It seemed as if I was communicating with someone who speaks in English as a second language. However, I was satisfied with the product I received and the price I paid.
For years, Quictent has walk into thousands of families along with happiness.

Not sure what the deal is with most others but I found the assembly to be simple and straightforward. There were some tubes that had to be 'adjusted' after being somewhat flattened during shipping. Nothing a pair of adjustable pliers couldn't correct with little effort. I assembled it without assistance in less than 3 hours! I set the roof frame up in less than an hour and put the roof panel on. The panel fit VERY tight. I then put the legs on one section at a time. I did one side first (leaning the entire structure to one side). I then put the first leg section on the other side. Start with the middle legs first, then the corners. I repeated the procedure with the second leg section. Once the entire frame was completed with the roof section installed, I installed the wall sections. Last was the zippered end walls. The framework is so tall a ladder or step stool will be needed to put the end walls on. I feel the windowed wall sections are backwards. There are some Velcro strips used to keep the wall panels attached to the legs. I think they are on the wrong side. The window covers can be rolled up but the covers on are on the OPPOSITE side of the Velcro. This means you will have to put the window covers on the OUTSIDE of the structure. If you want to roll up or let down the window covers you have to go OUTSIDE. This also allows the covers to be blown open, torn off by the wind. I feel the window covers & the Velcro should both be on the INSIDE of the structure. It took me less than 2 hours to take the shelter down, again by myself. All in all well worth the price! Plan on using it as a parking location for my truck this winter. (I know it is not supposed to hold up to a snow load but I'm going to see how it handles a Michigan winter.)

Surprised at how good the quality is. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 tents. One was defective. They had me send a picture of the problem and sent the piece I needed right back. At these prices, you can't argue with that. Tents were just what we needed.

I purchased one of their pop-up tents off of Amazon in November 2013 as a Christmas present. After just a couple of uses, one of the screws that held the frame together had come out, and when I called to get a replacement screw they stated that they could not supply any replacement parts, but would be willing to sell me a new frame. When I questioned why they simply couldn't just send me a screw, they stated that would mean that they would have to remove one from a frame in their inventory, which would make it then unsellable...my question back to them, was "don't you guys make these frames and assemble them, so can't you just send me a screw out of the ones that you use for assembly and which hasn't been used to make a frame????" They still insisted they could not send me a replacement screw, and that I should just go out and find something at the hardware store that would work. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON"T BUY THIS CHEAPLY MADE TENT THAT THEY WON"T STAND BEHIND OR PROVIDE PARTS FOR WHEN NEEDED.

I use a rain shelter for antique shows. I needed something that was easy to put up and take down and that I could handle myself. Quictent was great for ease of handling. I like its size - I got ten by fifteen - and its stability. Two areas I'd like to see improvement in: the zipper is too flimsy and when I tried to zip one it pulled the stitching out. I'd also prefer the zippers to be in the ten foot sides, not the long ones. Another problem - we had a heavy rainstorm during a show and the roof tended to droop and collect water. I had to push up to drain the water. The rainfall was exceptionally heavy, so I don't know how the tent performs under more average rains. Overall I am pleased with the tent, except for the above problems.
