Love the tent! Been using it for my business at special events. Have had so much feed back from customers; they love it too! I've been asked where did I get it; I always say AMAZON:-).

My biggest problem with Quictent was PayPal which is their only way of purchase. I have always used Amex or VISA WHICH WOULD HAVE MADE PURCHASE MUCH MORE SIMPLY. SETTING UP PayPal was another issue which took more time which caused me to lose out on a $50 off regular price. They offered me 10% the regular price but offered no way to consumate the on line sale. Another issue was communication by email and Facebook a 24hour delay or more which was the cause of my losing out on the sale price. I bought the tent anyway because I couldn't find one like it anywhere else. Because of all these problems we had to use our current cover . The Quictent arrived but we were hit with an early freeze. It may be next year before we get to use our new Greenhouse tent. If they would accepted my AMEX card all this would not have happened and I would be happy.

I've read the complaints about the assembly of this greenhouse and I even had a mallet handy, just in case. No fittings broke and all fit perfectly. It may be important that I did not assemble it outside in the cooling autumn weather - I did it inside, in my living room and simply slid it out the front door when finished. Maybe being at room temperature made a difference. I would have paid extra, however, for 2 extra shelves and some sort of contraption to secure them, so I could utilize the space above the 3rd shelf. As I lay one of the shelves on there, I note that there is about a foot of wasted space that is perfect for seedlings. I'm still trying to figure out a workaround on this. This is the second greenhouse I purchased. Last year we had a 3 inch snow and my previous one collapsed under the weight(my fault for not cleaning it off). So I purchased the same one and will be more careful this winter. I recommend this as it is great for protecting plants during the winter.

This product I had researched on multiple sites. This all though I have not had time to place. It appears to be everything as advertised.

Perfect size for traveling and the windows keep the claustrophobia away. I haven't found another company that has the windows. Quictent delivered quickly and had a wide assortment of colors and sizes with competitive pricing. I will keep them in my favorites.

I think the service was great but it took a while for a reply to my email. The parts I received were exactly what I needed and now my quictent is back to working properly.
