Quictent USReviews of quictents.com

I purchased a 10x13 Blue Shade Sail. It arrived quickly and was good quality. It has been up most of the summer and has held up well in rain and wind. The color has not faded. I will purchase another from Quictent when needed.

Purchased a 10x20 canopy/garage on Amazon to use for my sons graduation open house, received it quickly and had about a month before we need to set it up. When that day came, setup was fairly straight forward, (took a few people because of the size of the top), and didn't take any longer than I would expect. Later that night we had an issue with the tent collapsing so we picked everything up and put it away with the intent to just chalk it up to a loss. The next day I decided to contact Quictent to see if they could offer me any assistance and they were VERY VERY eager to help. I gave them my order number so they could find my purchase, he sent me diagrams and asked me to tell them what I needed to replace to make it right again. A few days later I had a new cover, both sidewalls, and all of my bent poles replaced. Excellent customer service, would not hesitate to do business with them again!!

Their customer service is AMAZING. I bought one of their tents and they are a wonderful company to work with. I will purchase from them again when I need another tent. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I only gave it one so I can write the review. This was the biggest waste of money I have spent in a long time. The tent did not stay up until I screwed it together. I had to add rope to the hold downs , the string they sent was not strong enough to hold bird. We had a rain storm come through and it can down in less than two minuets. The winds were less that 20 mph and this thing twisted in to a maze and on the ground it was distorted so bad it had to be throne out. I had one i bought 15 years ago and tried to replace it as the tarp was to old.The new one was made so bade and cheep I almost sent it back ,I wish I did.

Ordering process was easy, and my tent blew away and I needed extra parts,I was able to get the parts in a few days, really good customer service.

I bought a 10x20 quictent through Amazon for 269.00. It worked well three times but when taking it down the last time four struts broke. I can't find any information for replacement parts, and this gazebo is no longer available on Amazon. The seller (Brandline) sent me a query on my experience but the response line (click here) did not even work. Brandline contacted me after reading of my dissatisfaction and offered to replace the damaged parts. Their customer service representative provided a diagram of the tent struts for clarity and a short time later the replacement parts were delivered...with no charges at all. When purchasing on the internet one always wonders if the purchase will meet one's expectations. When they do not the customer must rely on the reputation of the seller as most important. In my case the customer service representative was excellent and I am completely satisfied.

I placed an order for the Quictent pyramid popup tent in white for my sons wedding. The item that arrived was GREEN. I immediately emailed the customer service and they apologized and promised to send me the correct item. 7 days later I got another email from customer service asking if I ordered Silver. I responded no, I had ordered white and Again sent a copy of my order. This morning (another 5 days has gone by) they emailed to say that they White is out of stock. I am in a panic because I need to find another tent for the wedding. This is unacceptable. I also feel it is strange that the company responding is called MAX Lead USA the company that got the payment was Barley Grains LLC. Does Quictent even really exist as a company?

Order process was easy. Customer service was terrific! Very responsive. Tents arrived in time and as promised packed very well. Tents went up easy and are sturdy. Very good overall experience! Performed well in wind. Have not yet used them in rain, but have no reason to believe they would not perform
