I purchased the 20' by 10' tent for winter vehicle storage. It's been over a year and when anchored down with 120 lbs sand bags and ratchet straps on the 4 corners, this tent has been able to withstand 40+ mph winds, loads of snowfalls (with immediate attention to clearing the snow off after each snowfall) the polar vortex we had earlier this year, rain and sun. I thought sure the high winds would have taken the tent, but to my amazement, with some minor damage it survived! This is where Quictent's support shined. I worked with Cherry to get replacement parts and the process was one of the most enjoyable I've ever had for any product. Communication was perfect and parts arrived in a timely manner. The tent is now back to 100% and ready to take on another northern MN winter. I highly recommend this product both for it's durability and it's support.

My daughter bought me the 3*6 ft. small greenhouse for my birthday a year and a half ago. I used it all last winter, but the center fitting broke, and Lan sent me a new one this year free!

I generally don’t post a lot of reviews but when I experience service so excellent the words need to be shared. I have had a 13x20 wedding style tent for a year. We have used it several times and really love it. It is easy to set up looks great and accommodates the large group that we entertain. We hosted a Thanksgiving dinner and unfortunately overnight we experienced bad weather and some parts were damaged. I contacted Quictents hoping to get the parts. My message was returned the next day I made a quick payment and the parts arrived here 3 days early. This has been among the best service experiences I’ve ever had. This company should be proud if their product and their responsiveness. Cherry in my opinion went above and beyond and did it in a highly professional manner. Thanks you !!

I purchased an 8x8 tent canopy with 4 sides and we are very happy with the quality of the product. Recently I had contact with the customer service department and was delighted at the excellent customer service! It was amazing! They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Such a great experience. Thank you Quictent for a good product and professional customer service that actually cares about helping the customer.

This company is the best. Their product is sturdy and durable. We bought a canopy two years ago. We live in the mountains, lots of dust, wind and hot sun. It’s still in great condition except for a problem with one of the the zippers. Cherry in their customer service department was awesome. She helped us get a new zippered panel. She was courteous and extremely professional. We need more companies like this. If I ever need another canopy I would definitely buy it from Quictent. They have great products and care about their customers.

I built a wooden frame to raise the ceiling 2 feet. The frame upper is 2x4. The bottom of the frame 2x4's are cedar to resist rot. I attached short 2x4x4 blocks onto the top 2x4 frame. Those blocks are drilled with 3/4 holes. Those holes are where I insert the frame poles. My frame remains up all year around. In October I pull the cover over the frame and use screws with wide washers to screw the bottom flaps to the top frame 2x4. I reinforce where I run the screws through the bottom flap with duct tape. If you have a way of putting grommets in, that would be better. I used 1/4" plywood (painted to protect against weather) for the frame walls. I live in Hill Country Texas north of San Antonio. I keep two heaters in it to protect my Avocado tree and Papaya tree from cold. One heater is a 1500w space heater. The other is a quartz heater. So far so good. My papaya's are nice and toasty waiting to test the real cold coming in the next 2-3 months. I bought this thing 2 years ago. I think 3 years is the expected life span. I will be getting a new one this summer.

I contacted Quictent needing a new roof for my tent. Customer service was great in getting back to me and informing me of cost. After sending payment part arrived in 2 days. Cherry was great in handling my order and very prompt in shipping it out. I am very pleased with the product. Thanks, Mark
