I recently asked to purchased 6 legs, 4 t-connectors and a frame piece that were all badly bent beyond fixing, after a severe storm came through in my area. This company, Quictent US went beyond and above any customer service I have ever dealt with before. They responded by sending me the parts free of charge, in today business experiences where money is the bottom line, I was truly surprised and impressed with this show of satisfying the customer at all cost. Professionalism and truly standing behind a great product, if ten stars were possible, believe me you guys would get it, thanks from a valued customer whom is humbled and grateful for these heroic actions. pretty easy to put together if u do it with 2 people. worked well to start....but living in Los Angeles I didnt have to deal with wind til around 2 months in. first sign of rough wind and all the bungee ties broke off. I hit customer service about it though and they sent new ties quickly so im happy about that. im gonna hold off on attaching them for a few months tho when the weather gets better haha

Tent eyelets tearing throughout 6 months after buying a 20 by 20 tent the eyelets are tearing throughout. My son and noticed the tent drawn very tight upon installation. I have contacted Quictent but been ignored so far. I am withholding judgement on their customer service given the holiday rush but expect a reply within a reasonable amount of time. It has been over a week... It has now been two months and no reply from customer service Can I give a negative star rating?

An amazing product and service! The greenhouses were perfect for starting seeds and propagating plants for my garden. I'm excited to use them again this year. Thank you Quictent!

I Just have to say it's one of the best companies i have ever dealt with. Prices very competitive. Shipping product promptly, and best is the followup with customer service, making sure product has arrived and satisfied with product. I give this company a 5 star.

A ton of thanks goes out to Green & crew for helping us get the correct fit for our camper trailer cover. It is now on our camper & fits beautifully. We are very satisfied with the quality & fit of the cover. Cannot say enough good about Green & all the help he was. It took us longer to get it on our camper due to a surgery & bad weather but all is good now. Would definitely recommend this company, their service staff & their product - King Bird.

After doing plenty of resource for a 10x20 Greenhouse & reading plenty of reviews I decided on the Quictent 10x20x7. After reading the negative reviews it seemed that the quality of the product was while worth the price but in order for it to last YOU NEED to take the extra steps to secure the frame. For this price range even with the subpar stakes I still give this a 5 star rating because that’s the only negative I found with this product. If you take the extra steps to secure the frame you won’t be disappointed… Positives/Negitives Positives -Very easy setup with two people -Sterdy frame with lock-in ends -Good quality cover with plenty of ventilation (4 roll up windows on each side & 2 roll up doors) -Inner Velcro straps that secures the cover to the frame -Plenty of extra overlap cover on both sides to secure with rock/brick to keep wind out -No problem with the zippers, many negative reviews with the quality of the zippers but I found out that if the cover is centered correctly it takes the stress and tension off the zippers and they go and down very freely with ease Negatives -The only negative is going to be the stakes it comes with… but that does not deserve a 4 star because there are far more positives for this product in this price range Tips -I secured the frame with 3’ rebar attached to the frame (6 total), all four corners and 2 in the center. We had some of the worst winds this year in N Calif (20-60mph) & this frame held up like a Champ I was more worried that the cover would tear but never did. -Also with the overlap on each side I was able to secure it to the ground with 15 bricks per side & this created a sealed greenhouse all the way around. You can spend $700-5k on a Greenhouse this size but for under $200 this is the best deal in town
