Tonya, I upgraded my wife’s plan to a different coverage plan and there were several transition issues that needed to be addressed. Since I had worked with Tara successfully before and had her direct line I chose to contact her so that there was continuity with the customer service experience and I did not have to start from scratch. Tara has always handled my concerns with professionalism coupled with comprehensive knowledge of the QuickHealth system to provide quick and complete assistance. On a personal note Tara remembered my issues when I called to follow up and after our call on 2/14/2024 I am confident that all issues are resolved. I spent 36 years in the IT Support field in a variety of management level positions. Tara is the type of individual that I would have welcomed to our team. She is polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable. A winning combination by any measure. Tara has the unique quality of seeing a customer support issue from the initial contact through to conclusion, providing complete customer satisfaction. I have been calling Quick Health with issues since December 2023. I have spoken to 4 different people almost every week since then. The wait time to get somebody was horrific but I persevered because I wanted my issues resolved. Today I got through, after holding for almost an hour, and spoke to Devon. He was courteous, extremely helpful in following up with my issues, and he is the first person I have talked to that gave me some confidence that my issues are being taken care of . Sherrill S Dixon
