Tonya was amazing. I unfortunately was on hold for 50 minutes to speak to her though. I’m sure that’s a company problem not a reflection on Tonya.

This company lied to me since day 1 when they promised me that the policy I was buying worked anywhere on Maui. I trued to use it 2 weeks later and there was not a single hospital/clinic on the entire island who would accept my insurance. I cancelled within the 30 day window and was promised a full refund of 2,000 dollars within 30 days. The refund never came. I called back and they said it will be there, we promise. I called back after another 30 days and they said it was coming. Fast forward 6 months and now I am being told there is absolutely no refund coming. I asked how that is possible as they promised me multiple times I would get my refund and they told me I didn't send in a cancelation email. So even though they promised me the refund was coming for months (3 times documented), they now will have nothing to do with my refund. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I learned the hard way and I don't want anyone else to be lied to and stolen from. This company is not to be trusted.

Ashley was very professional in dealing with me. I ended up having to cancel my credit card because the company took money from my account without my authorization. She guaranteed me that this will not happen again.

Tara has always been a big help for me and my husband. It doesn't matter what we need when we call, she makes sure we recieve the best care possible. She has explained things multiple times, with no judgment, when we didn't understand. All of my questions got answered. If on the off chance she did not know the answer, she will either find out and let us know or point us in the right direction to find the answer.
