Dessi has by far been the best representative that I have dealt with. I usually leave these phone calls upset and very frustrated. Not this time!! She was able to answer my questions and when not sure Dessi did not guess, she consulted with a college. When still not sure Dessi provided a source that I could look at, website. Liz listened well to my concerns. She helped to overcome the technical error of the text message sent this morning, and helped me to understand why I had been billed for 2 months of service. She was able to help me change my billing date to the 22nd and explained how I can cancel when I get insurance through full time employment.
