After an issue I had a very helpful person reach out and we are resolving it.

The enrollment process was okay but everything pass that point has not been good. The issues you had with the bombardment of erroneous texts was not good. These texts said that my payment was not received so I called and was told that my payment was received. I have not received a health plan card or any other documents regarding services.

I am very mixed with this company. Everything was fine until there became an issue with the auto payment. Pretty much I am now overpaid by a month. Been talking about this problem since November 2023 and in December asked for my money back. It’s February and we are still waiting for our money. With other said, Jess is wonderful. She went above and beyond to help and resolve an issue with my husbands medication, which was primarily from a wrong date on the insurance card. I am trusting that she is pushing for our reimbursement as they said it is a longer process. However, since it was a clear issue on there end they occurred multiple times then they need to learn how to get it resolved at a much quicker pace. Update after response: I have reached out to QuickHealth multiple occasions and they have all the information on file. I know because I have asked and now I even email Jess. I now get automated messages telling me I owe a payment from when I was on the monthly plan and was told they don’t know how to turn them off either. If you want to know more then someone higher up need to contact me and address the concerns I have vocalized since 11/2023.

Tonya is so wonderful I wish every employer could have someone like her. She resolves my problems with my account. I felt like I was always pushed aside. And nobody looked into it, but Tonya did everything.

The Agent was great but I still haven't gotten a digital copy of the policy in my email. They told me two to three minutes. It's been two or three hours now.

It took a very long time to wait on the phone for a live person. Often I had to leave a message or my return phone number. The return call took often days not hours. But when I did speak to a live person they were helpful with my questions and resolutions.
