This is a scam. We never agreed to a policy but my wife did give her credit card information before I told them to cancel the deal which they said they would do. Since then they have fished small amounts from our bank account and are now attempting to take large amounts of money without ever agreeing to a policy. This appears to be in the best case scenario a fraud. I gave 5 stars to counteract any confirmation bias anyone might have while looking for insurance.

I was manipulated into releasing my credit card info over the phone and was charged 1,800 to my bank card that was flagged for fraud. Shame on this company. I will be report this to the authorities and need to be issued a refund

I talked with the insurance and they got everything resolved and they are a true insurance company sorry for the bad review

I had the good fortune to talk with Devonn from your Service Team...she was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. To be quite honest, I called to cancel my membership as I hadn't received my medical card and after several emails & calls I was convinced your company was fraudulent due to your lack of responsiveness. Devonn is an asset to your company and not only should be commended but she should assist in training others within your company on what quality customer service actually means.

I’ve been trying to get my 1095 for a couple months. Every “agent” tells me it will be sent and they’ll follow up and they never do. Also just got charged a month and half early and now they’re saying it has to go through their supervisor to issue a refund. This place is literally a scam.

I posted a review and Quick Heath rep got back to me. Thanks. Things look to be resolved now. I will update if things change. But still waiting on a refund.

They are a scam, please do not sign up - they will start charging your credit card three times the amount they told you and the only way to get them to stop billing you is by terminating your credit card.
