Insurance was not Insurance, just a discount plan no one will accept! I have tried calling to cancel and no one answers. Very frustrating when a company keeps taking money and you can't stop them. Second time getting stuck with quick health. I was helped by Tara, thank you very much. Problem handled. Thank you again Tara for explaining the misunderstanding

If I could give them zero stars I would. I signed up for a policy and paid for three months in advance. Quick healthcare decided to charge me monthly. You would think that wouldn’t be such an issue, as it was probably a mistake when entering my policy. But after several phone calls and a bunch of emails, saying this is wrong, please fix it. Nothing back! nothing! NO RESPONSE! And I still had to block them from charging my credit card fourth time in three months. And I’m still disputing the charges. UNBELIEVABLE! And they are still trying to charge me this company is so messed up, it’s not even funny.

This people are scammers. They will steal your money. They took a full year of insurance service that I never received. I cancel 15 days later, talk with them like 100 times just to be told you refund will be posted tomorrow or next week. Never happened They are very bad people and don't know why this people is not in jail yet
