This company is a shady business. They covered NOTHING, and they blocked the 2 numbers I called from trying to cancel. After finally canceling, they repeatedly attempted to collect payments from my employer. They eventually succeeded after somehow acquiring his new credit card number.

Great company to work for! Excellent managers and phenomenal owners. And all the agents/broker and customer service/billing are wonderful people. I highly recommend this job if you have your life, health and annuities license. The nice thing is they will pay to get you licensed. If you start as a fronter and you like this kind of work, they will pay all your study books, exam fees and pay to get you licensed in many of the 40 some states. I have been trying to get a refund for a policy that I cancelled....it finally came through after 34 days. Ridiculous.. I was promised last week by ???? that she would send me my paper cards to I could go to my doctor and pick up prescriptions which I NEED! And that she would send a tax form 1095 so I could finish my taxes ...BUT SHE HAS FAILED YET AGAIN TO FOLLOW THROUGH. I have been dealing with her since March 3rd and every time she promises to do something she doesn't follow through. This is the most frustrating company I've ever had to deal with. I need these items ASAP!

We NEVER signed up for anything and yet they pull out $144 out of my bank every month. A couple months they took out $144 out of 2 different months 2 times each of those months It's impossible to get anyone to help you, bad customer service. I canceled the card they fraudulently took from me and yet for the last 3 months they still attempt to take money out. What's really funny, they attempt to take the money out of my bank around 2 in the morning and at an ATM ! Now if that's not fishy I don't know what is. Listen people, banks have cameras and AI that tells them who is attempting to rob me of my money. If I don't get all of the money back that was taken from me, I will continue to leave bad reviews on various sites.

SCAM i think all the people that were done wrong by this company should come together and file a class action suit. since there is no way to reply to a review you can contact me on FACEBOOK.
