What a horrible company. I paid for a full year of coverage, never got any confirmation of coverage or insurance cards, cancelled after two months and they refuse to refund me ANY money for the 10 months I did not use. Initially, after confirming my policy cancellation, they assured me the money would be refunded and now they are claiming I didn't cancel per the terms and conditions. They literally just got their website going and acting like they were easy to get in touch with. They are almost impossible to get ahold of. What a scam. I cancelled my policy 2 years ago and have been trying to get my refund since.

I have forwarded another email I received today 4/17/2024 from Quick Health to you. Per our previous agreement I will not be removing this negative review as I have once again been contacted. I asked to not renew my policy in May; policy renewed in August (it is now March). keep getting phone calls, texts, emails and attempted charges on my card when the charge has not been authorized. Have talked to several reps and one gentleman claiming to be the a higher up manager and all saying we will get it fixed so you don't receive anymore about the policy and nothing has actually been done to stop the calls, texts, emails, and unauthorized charge attempts! Quick health is acting like an abusive ex that wont leave me alone. 32 phone calls, 23 Texts, 4 charge attempts and 4 emails all since May.

I am paying 4 months in advance , and it was without my concent . I have tried to call & contact someone without any benifit . Actually have yet to talk to someone . Asked for simple copies of invoice and it falls on deft ears . If by some very slime chance you do get someone to talk to it is very brief and nothing ever comes of it . The policy does not cover the very basics of uses . Even Rx coverage is non-exhistanct . Reading all the other reviews I would have never used this company .

Tonya responded to my email quickly and wanted to help. I am,still disappointed in all the mistakes made by the company and still not sure things have been resolved. I was charged incorrectly several times.

This company WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOU MONEY DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY LIE AND TRY TO TAKE PAYMENTS WAY BEFORE THEY ARE DUE. THIS COMPANY GET -1000000000 STARS IN MY BOOK DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU. They lie about no waiting period for services they lie about when the will take payments my second payment was due in MAY not Jan or March I don't deal with liars period. They do have a clue why I cancelled my policy if they don't understand now the deserve to go out of business

WE have an email chain where we cancelled our policy on December 19th, 2023, which is how we were told do cancel by your company. Every month since then you have been trying to take money from our account. We were told we had to give 30 days notice so we were charged twice in December, and while looking back we noticed we were charged twice in November too. So we do not owe you, you owe us. My husband just spoke with someone who said our policy is not cancelled even though the last person I spoke with said we cancelled it on December 19th. We are now reaching out to our local DA to find out what our next steps should be.

The enrollment process was okay but everything pass that point has not been good. The issues you had with the bombardment of erroneous texts was not good. These texts said that my payment was not received so I called and was told that my payment was received. I have not received a health plan card or any other documents regarding services.
