On December 7, 2023, I had a video call with Dr. Javier Jimenez, M.D. for a refill. He does not know the laws around buprenorphine. He is a quack doctor. Not only that, he was typing on his computer obviously typing information I was not saying, and I thought this doctor is trying to save his job. He did not listen to me, but was typing his own narrative. OMG. I want my money back. $99.00 for each refill? Does not make any sense. But if that's how you run your business, I will not be returning. I will return to my own doctor locally who has been around longer than Dr, Jimenez has been alive plus practicing.

Hello I'm just making complaint about one of the support reps Sheila Seril, I am prescribed suboxone from quick md and have been for going on 3 years, I have never had any issues, I was contacting regarding an issue with suboxone having a current shortage, my pharmacy and multiple pharmacies in my area have not recieved a shipment in over 2 weeks, I was told they have subutex and to get my doctor to change script, I reached out to support and got Sheila Seril after explaining to her the situation I recieved sarcasm and threats to suspend my account. I have screenshots of the emails and can send them because explaining everything that was said this would be a book, I do not believe this person should be on your team in customer support I feel there was judgements against addicts and lack of understanding and to threaten to suspend my account on a service that provides my life changing medication is just downright evil. My issue has not been resolved and I'm just going to wait it out at this point and hope the medication comes in because now im scared my account is going to be suspended. I know this is going to cause me withdrawals, I hope it dosnt cost me my life. I just inform you guys on the kind of person that works for you, I have nothing but great things to say about a service that offers easy access to life saving medication and have referred many patients I have been clean for over 5 years and I owe alot of it to suboxone and quick md for making it easy, I just wanted to let you know so maybe Sheila can get propper training on how to deal with customers. Thank you for your understanding.

First wanted to say thank you.. For all that is skeptical off this app. Trust me, I couldn't believe it was. Many times I kept searching and searching for online doctor instead of my hometown nearby doctor just to only give me one a day and yes, I kept relapsing. I the only one can speak for my body. Now after finally giving quick MD a chance. Knew I couldn't afford to lose the money. So I did and doctor ask several questions before dr though got to complete intake approximately 10-15 min well 22 questions. After answering questions and addressed my concerns. My dr. Discussed doses and I forever thankful for quick MD for giving me a chance to get my life back in order. Kick this habit in the butt forever..

I wouldn't use this service unless you make sure your pharmacy or any other pharmacy will accept the prescription they may send in for you. I am out almost $400 because of these people! $99 for the consultation but then I couldn't even get my medication. It was not disclosed ANY WHERE to check with your pharmacy about medication before paying any fees. I had to spend an additional $255 with a different doctor to get my medication. They refuse to refund me my money KNOWING they weren't honest about the process and won't even attempt to make it right. Customer service is a joke and the same exact prewritten response is sent with every reply to an email. They stop responding to you when they know your in the right! Do your homework before you get taken like I did! Some people may think "it's only $99" well it's not only $99 when you have to spend an additional $255 with a different doctor.. it's then $354! QuickMD should have been up front about ALL possible set backs using their services PRIOR to people signing up!! I would give negative 5 stars if it were possible but it's not

Initially I had a great experience with this company. The doctors were really nice, caring and knowledgeable. I ordered a medication and my credit card was charged on the date of my appointment 10/19 . On 11/15 30 I received a confirmation that my order was shipped. Today is 12/9 and I have not received my order. The pharmacy sent a medication on ice via the usps that was marked for a signature. The med wasn’t Left by the postal carrier. I completed and signed the form for the postal carrier, I went online to request it be delivered. I’ve called the post office only to be told it was returned. Quickmd hasn’t been very helpful with this issue at all and some of the responses that I have received from their cs department have been quite comical. I won’t deal with them again. When a customer service response is this poor it is an indication that the company isn’t managed very well and makes you wonder what else could go wrong. Especially when you are dealing with a persons health. I also have another billing issue that hasn’t been resolved. Yes it’s a convenient way to see a doctor but dealing with the billing issues have not been convenient at all. I am talking about an amount in excess of $600 so unless you have money to donate to these guys you may want to consider another source before you trust this company.

This is a great and very smart service which shouldve been invented earlier. Being able to get informed on your condition right from your bed can help anyone.
