Dr.Marie Lightbourne "md" sent my prescription to home order instead of my pharmacy so instead of being able to go get my prescription I've had to wait for 2 days to get her to send it to the pharmacy which has landed me in the emergency room and put me out of work for a week! This was after she asked me what pharmacy I wanted it sent to and I verified twice that I wanted it sent to the same pharmacy I've always had my meds sent to through quick md,this was done on purpose and I will be seeking an attorney to be compensated for lost wages,medical bills and the money I gave her trusting that I would quickly get my much needed medication,please find a real doctor or a different online doctor to get your prescriptions because this site gas been a joke since the beginning,as if it wasn't hard enough to find a pharmacy that would fill quick md prescriptions,please be careful now that you've been made aware!

I paid 99.00 to have a prescription refilled. But the doctor that I saw was not licensed to prescribe in Colorado so the pharmacy refused to fill it so I had to have them resend it in and they sent it to another pharmacy by another unlicensed prescriber and then refused to call the pharmacy for me to get it taken care of for 3 days quick MD just kept telling me how they would make sure that they called the pharmacy themselves and they would take care of it and finally after 3 days I blew up and got a refund and never once did they contact the pharmacy for me and never once did they try to fix the situation and I went without medication that I need for 6 days due to their negligence and on top of that I had to wait 7 days to get my refund back and I'm on a fixed income so I needed that refund to see another provider and I couldn't even do that

I have called several times and have been told the same thing yet not resolved

Although my clinician is exemplary and responsive this review is about the Live Chat agents. Their communication is one of the worse I have ever received. They have yet to address on single issue correctly nor have they resolved the issues. They primarily spend their time with platitudes and condescension.

Just a follow-up after QuickMD attempted to discount my concerns in their response. Everything I stated was accurate. There is no meaningful plan to help patients wean off MAT, even when they express a desire to do so. Physicians are compensated poorly, creating a model where the only realistic way to make the economics work is to prioritize quantity over quality. I was fully onboard with QuickMD initially. My perspective changed after seeing firsthand how they treat not only their patients, but also the physicians providing their care. That experience made it very clear to me that the priorities of the organization are not necessarily aligned with the best interests of the patients or the providers serving them.

To start off the doctor was 30 min late for the telehealth appt. The doctor failed to tell me about issues with most pharmacies even filling my prescription. My appt was on a Sat, the prescription sent that afternoon. I went to pick up my prescription only for the pharmacy to tell me the doctor was not licensed in my state that I had selected when I downloaded the app. So I called that same afternoon and asked for a prescription transfer which did not happen for over 24 hours and that pharmacy would not fill the prescription either. So I contacted customer support again and they told me that CVS, Walgreens and Walmart usually will NOT fill prescriptions sent over by their doctors. I can NOT understand why the doctor did NOT warn me about this. So I had to call again, which every time I call it's an hour long process. I asked for the prescription to be sent to the ONLY other pharmacy in this city. That was Sunday early evening, Monday was a holiday so I expected my prescription to be called in Tuesday morning. It is now 1pm on Tuesday and the prescription has NOT been called in yet. I asked for an estimation on when it would be called in their response was to wait for an email, AGAIN! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A JOKE. Not to mention the doctor would only write my prescription for a 7 day supply when I have been on this medication for years. She told me to make another appt in 7 days for a refill which is naturally another $100

They don’t stand with their policies you will wait 30 to 45 minutes to see your provider and then when they credit your account one time even though you wait every single time longer than 30 minutes, they will not credit it anymore. They’re terrible at their policies.

Horrible service, bad company. Employees will say whatever is needed to get money out of your pocket regardless of whether or not it’s true.
