When medication is appropriate, prescriptions may be issued the same day.Whether you're seeking addiction treatment, managing an ongoing health concern, or exploring treatment options, QuickMD makes it easier to connect with a doctor and get the care you need, on your terms.

Had a decent experience with QUICKMD. I am using QuickMD for weight loss treatment and they prescribe Ozempic for weight loss for me.
The doctor called me right around my appointment time, was nice, and thoughtful. They explained that currently Wegovy is backordered, so we opted to go for Ozempic instead, which is also cheaper, and the same ingredient.
Overall I am very happy with them. Would recommend.

Disgusting service. Go with Bupe.me or workit. Not worth it.
Disgusting service. Needed a prior authorization and no one, INCLUDING my INSURANCE AND PHARMACY, can get in touch with the doctor nor this service. So had to pay out of pocket for 1/3 of my prescription and just recieved a letter they denied the rest because they cannot get in touch with the doctor Dr. Thy Bui. What do we have to do, call the office of the doctors actual job? Because this is clearly just a side gig to make money and send a prescription… forget the rest. Customer service is just automated messages… more like a business than healthcare. Will be spreading the word that when things don’t go as planned they are nowhere to be found to help. At this point I’d just like a refund and an apology!!!. You should be ASHAMED of yourselves.

Dr. Khatereh Assadi has no business being on a service like this
A few months back I went to the ER for an arrhythmia that I already knew with some confidence what type it was. It was confirmed there, and they gave me some numbers to cardiologists, none of whom would even see me b/c I have no insurance. So that ended up being a $12K visit (discounted to $10,500 because I'm a 'charity case') to get a diagnosis I already knew, and not any closer to a permanent fix (radio-ablation and pacemaker, likely).
While I have been going through the trials & tribulations of getting on MediCal (which so far I keep getting rejected for vague reasons), my condition has led to evidence of early heart failure. I thought it would be a perfectly reasonable thing to be started on a low dose beta blocker / ACE-Inhibitor to slow the process down until I passed all the means-testing for MediCal. These are some of the safest medicines we have at our disposal - they've been shown to lower the risk of death from heart failure, heart attacks, and arrhythmias - two of those three things I have. But the doctor I was set up with just spent 10 minutes yelling at me that she can't put me on medicines like that without doing an in person exam, knowing what my blood pressure is, etc. When I asked her what the risks were she stammered a lot but basically only cited low blood pressure that could cause me to faint. I run high on blood pressure, first of all, but more importantly lets weigh the risk benefit analysis - WITH these meds - lower risk of death but a very small chance my BP might drop to a level where I get dizzy and faint briefly. WITHOUT: I could die any time, but I won't faint.
She kept shouting "how can I put you on these things If I haven't done a physical exam?" Well.. WHY THE HECK ARE YOU ON A SITE THAT ONLY WORKS BY WAY OF PHONE OR CAMERA?? Can you EVER check your patients BP on QuickMD? Starting me on the lowest dose of each (say carvedilol or metoprolol, for the beta blocker, and lisinopril for the ace-inhibitor) would carry such minimal risk as to be laughable. We could've booked a follow up in a week to see if they were enough, and gone from there. We could have done one at a time, booking 2 or 3 appointments, if she wanted to be excessively cautious. Just like medicine normally works. I don't get what she is doing on a site like this if she's so reluctant to use her license without a physical visit first, and I'm more stressed than before now, so thanks.
TLDR: I can't speak to the rest of them, but Dr. Khatereh Assadi is a REALLY bad choice, and has no business being associated with a telemedicine company. Awful 'bedside' manner', downright rude, despite the fact that she should know my condition is not helped by stress. "Do no harm" includes not making your patients feel like a-holes just for asking for help.
EDIT: Follow up with Dr. Rashid Awan, MD
So I tried again, because I know enough to know what I was asking was not crazy. Totally opposite experience from the first. Pleasant attitude, understood the issue at hand, clearly had read my notes beforehand, and was on board all the way. We had a brief discussion about dosages to start at and how to work up if necessary, went over things to watch for if I'm not tolerating them well, or if my illness is getting worse, and then he phoned them in to the pharmacy. Since I got a full refund for the bad visit, and since the good visit was easily worth the price, I'm jumping them up to 4 stars - not 5, b/c iits clearly dependent on who you get, but keep trying if your Doc was unreasonable.

Depends on which doctor you pick.
I went to these guys for about 6 months with a great doctor and then the one I had this time was a little baby, to say the least. The least professional experience I’ve ever had in any sort of “clinical setting” with a “professional”. They will not just help you taper off with providing the adequate medication and proper dosing. They will basically only write you a script for generic 8 mg medication and send you on your way. These “doctors” are not being doctors. Sad.

Never had a problem till now
Never had a problem till now. Went through hurricane in fla so everything was shut down so I really needed my subutex by the time everything opened back up. I made my appt as usual and went to get on line to find out they canceled due to labs. I understand needing labs but it was sprung on me. Every month not one dr told me I had to get this done or no more scripts. Now they have not refunded my money and I have no way to get my medication. Am looking for another place.

Never book Denise Nelson I’m telling you she is the worst
Okay my experience Prior to this one has been amazing oh my God but then I stupidly picked is Dr. her name is somethinng Nelson but never ever ever ever pick her OK. I do quick MD for pain like not because I have a drug problem I do it for like pain in my back and my mother was recently diagnosed with lung cancer so I haven’t been sleeping at all and I’ve been crying a lot and I’ve been really disoriented kind of and for the past four days I haven’t slept so I choose her and she not only like you know like is really nice to me and like OK I’m so sorry and like prescribed me my Suboxone and also prescribed me Ambien because like I’m not sleeping and then like Because she’s an idiot she get it she set me up with the films and save the tablets for Suboxone and then I keep trying to get through to her and she she was it called she wouldn’t like respond because OK that’s the worst part you can’t call them. So I paid an extra $75 for an appointment with her she said she was going to fix it and I wake up the next morning and there is a letter saying that I need to have a drug test and no ambien. I just was drug tested tbe month before !!!
She’s seriously delusional and Not a quote for this job she should be able to understand someone who is grieving and it’s like a little crazy from not sleeping as opposed to someone on drugs like she is so stupid please no one ever ever used her

By far, the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I am so grateful for Dr. Concepcion Martinez, she’s been an absolute delight. You can tell that she loves her job & her patients.
I can’t think of a single thing that I don’t like. Even when I had a problem with my rx at the pharmacy, they fixed it asap. Anytime I have emailed them, they’ve responded in a matter of minutes. When you rely on medication to help with anxiety (or any kind for that matter), and you need help, you want quick.md
You will not get better service anywhere else.
