quick. md is so great because it urgently services its clients. The doctors are acessible online and they dont hide there faces . The services are also cheaper compared to others.

What a run around! I signed up to receive treatment and medication only to be told that they couldn't provide the medication. Two weeks of back-and-forth emails later it got worse when I was told that a $75 "service fee" would be held from my refund. The only service they provided was a snarky woman sending questions that I had already answered or options that she then rescinded and wasn't able to provide. Save yourself a million headaches and go absolutely anywhere else!

Wow! This is going to be amazing for so many people. This is a very convenient way to get the help you need without having to wait in the E.R for hours. I definitely will be a very regular user of this service.

I had my first ever appointment with QuickMD this morning. I had scheduled it about five days ago and this morning, at 7:55 (5 minutes before my video appointment) I was automatically signed in and ready to roll. About 3 minutes after the scheduled start time, my doctor called and we began the session. The doctor (Dr. Emily Brown) was so nice and easy to talk to. I was expecting a quick "Whatta you need? Here ya go. See you later" type of 5 minute visit. But Dr. Brown spent a good 25 + minutes with me. We covered everything we needed to and the conversation felt like I'd known Dr. Brown for years not just minutes. She sent the script (Suboxone 8mg strips) to my pharmacy and as of right this minute it is ready to be picked up. This could not have gone any smoother. Will be seeing Dr. Brown again next month and look forward to working with them as long as needed.

Being able to have a doctor via phone is good and some doctors do care but most of them just ask me about where I need a refill. Never how I'm doing or next steps with winding down. Have had maybe two out of the bunch that cared. Then god for bid you have issues, then your screwed. The Support team doesn't care that are dealing with addicts that need this to not relapse. You can only contact them via email and they take forever to resolve an issue. I seen my doctor a week ago and still haven't got my script. It could all be resolved in a 5 min phone call. On my last day of meds and so worried. So had to leave this review.
