This place just wants ur money they don’t care about the patient they will try an manipulate u saying they have to give you only 1 week prescription for 100 dollars then u have too make another appointment in a week to pay another 100 for the 30 day prescription u originally asked for now they get more money from u. All the doctors that can sit there a worry about money over peoples health, just remember u will answer to god for all those overdoses a relapses u could have prevented. Xxxx Now trust pilot sent me a message wanting me to give the company I wrote a review on, all my personal info. Not cool I’m not trying to be retaliated against. But trust pilot isn’t protecting the reviewers but the businesses, think about every 1 star this place got an they just get it erased based on people not wanting to give their personal info too them cause their scared of retaliation. Come on trustpilot where’s the trust at? Trust pilot are you gonna protect me against retaliation? Xxxxxx
Response from QuickMDMar 29, 2024
At QuickMD we strive to provide quality care for our patients, we are sorry we missed the mark with your experience. Although this is our standard protocol for MAT patients, some patients are able to bypass the induction phase if they have been on MAT treatment previously. The induction phase is necessary if there needs to be any adjustments made to the rx for treatment. We want to apologize for this inconvenience, and will relay your review to the management team as well. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team if you have any further questions: https://support.quick.md/hc/en-us/requests/new
