I was pleasantly pleased by how much I enjoyed this app. The price is excellent, the doctors are skilled, and I appreciate the ability to book an appointment on my schedule. This service has repeatedly saved my life, and I adore how simple and inexpensive it is to use. Our prescription is sent by the doctor to a neighboring pharmacy, and everything is taken care of within an hour. I advise swift. MD if you or someone in your household has the flu or if anything else requires a speedy examination.

My little one and I have COVID and can’t get out and go into the Doctor’s office or store for multiple reasons, including we’re both in a lot of pain. I used this site to get medicine for her double ear infection and got to use the drive thru pharmacy so I didn’t expose anyone else and I got her what she needed within a few hours of initiating my online order. A provider called me to verify some information and it worked perfectly.

Great service. Quick and thorough. Saved me a ton of money from going to the physician nearby. Prescriptions granted quickly also with no hassle.

Highly recommend! It was Christmas Day and I managed to get an appointment with a doctor on the same day. He was very friendly and was able to prescribe meds within the hour.

The providers are very kind and understanding and will listen as they should. However, the customer service is horrendous. Don't bother trying to call your care team as there is no way to reach them by phone at all if you have issues with a medication. You have to send an online message through their system to reach anyone and they are not much help. They respond using a generic, scripted response for whatever issue you might have. I've had to contact them numerous times due to a prescription error and I was specifically told to stop contacting them by an agent. Instead of resolving my issue the agent lectured me as if I were a 3 year old child. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to confirm for me WHERE my prescription was sent. That's all I need to know. Issue STILL not resolved and now the "care team" has stopped responding completely. I don't believe they "care" like the title implies. I will continue to use the service for my medication but in the future I will advocate for myself while talking to the provider.

The doctors are great but the staff running the clinic are a bunch of crooks. They are constantly canceling scheduled appointments the day of the appointment. They also try to get you to pay again, even if they cancel your appointment. So often, you’ll pay twice. Also, you can’t talk to your doctor outside of the appointment. All I’m saying is this: if you rely on medication being filled monthly, don’t use Quick MD. You’ll be worse off than when you started.
