I have nothing but good things to say about QuickMD. The doctors are are very pleasant and friendly and helpful. I've never felt rushed or dismissed. They listen! I highly recommend QuickMD.

Customer “Service” is practically nonexistent and well beyond dismal. If….IF you can even get a reply, they do NOTHING. I have NEVER experienced such an appalling “support” team. If I could give these people negative stars, I would. Their lack of action can and does place people into an extremely serious medical situation. I have wound up in the emergency room TWICE because they can’t seem to communicate with their doctors to fix the most simple of issues. I am at a loss for words how to describe how completely and utterly abhorrent their “support” staff is. It’s shocking. I will say, at least my doctor is good, so there’s your one star. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. *I am placing quotes around the word “support” because it’s anything but.

I believe this service is great for those who are in need to get in touch with a general practitioner ASAP. Most of the time my primary care doctor gets booked pretty quickly and I often would end up waiting long lines to get seen as a walk-in patient. It would be a great service to have when needed.

The last thing I want to do when I don't feel well is leave my home! This is just a better way to see the doctor. Personal and comfortable experience.

This app saves me the time and money of having to drive to a doctor's office simply for a routine check-up.

I think that the app proves to provide the kind of virtual care that some may need and can be hard to find. I like that you can connect to a doctor quickly or choose to schedule an appointment.
