UPDATE: online customer service quickly got prescription through to Walgreens. ORIG POST:Very easy to set up the phone call and for them to take my money. Call with the doctor lasted 2 minutes and 30 seconds. $75. He confirmed the address of my pharmacy ( for covid antiviral) but 4 hours later Walgreens has no record. There appears to be No way to contact QuickMD customer service except through a generic contact form. I may update this later if this poor experience suddenly turns around.

Being able to do virtual visits is not anything new since covid Plus some people's insurance covers the visits so they get them for free.
