I think Qualia is amazing. It is by far the best platform to use for title processing. It's easy to use, comprehensive, and provides you with really great learning tools, like Qualia University and Knowledge Base. Now with the AI Support Assistant added, it's even better. I've personally learned so much using these 3 tools. I have used Marketplace and Connect in the past, although I am not currently using them now, but I feel very confident when I use this platform that I'm going to be efficient and save time with the various options that Qualia provides for handling your files.

Prior to choosing Qualia I saw lot of positive things being said about the platform. When speaking to other paralegals in offices that were already using Qualia they couldn't say enough good things about it. Qualia offers so much more than any other program I have used in the past. Customer support has been superior and issues have been resolved quickly allowing things to keep running smoothly since we began using the platform. This is based on my overall experience. I couldn't imagine having to use any other program!!

I have worked in 2 other title companies which both used Qualia and I loved it - BUT, I've just recently started my own title company and in getting myself set up with Qualia I have learned just how much this program can do! I'm so excited at the things that Core can do that I wasn't aware of - and don't get me started on Connect and Shield - GAME CHANGERS! I anticipate being able to save at least an hour overall per file! Time is money. Plus, stress reduction in knowing I have maximized efficiency.

I really like that this system automatically creates updated ledgers each time there is a deposit or disbursement. There are definitely still some glitches that hopefully will be fixed soon.

Compared to clunky, text-heavy older title software, Qualia is visually clean and intuitive. The learning curve is relatively short, making it easier to onboard new processors and escrow officers

It was very quick to learn for somebody who is new to the industry.

Being in the real estate/title business many years and never having used Qualia I was a little unsure of what to expect. That changed shortly after using this software program. I am no longer intimidated by it I was kinda sad that it took me so long to find it in my title career. This is a true asset to any title company and especially the closers. It does so much more than I am used to. It is very user friendly and honestly the people that are there to help do just that, they help until you get an answer that solves your dilemma. I am very happy and totally amazed that a software product like this is on the market and those not using it are really missing out.

I was a little concerned with this process because I did not know how difficult it would be but the program is very user friendly. Mario was amazing and made the process even better. He made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns at the beginning of every session. During the sessions he would stop and ask if I had questions and always made sure to remind me that he would be available after the sessions or during the week if I had any questions, as well as the end of the sessions. He always mentioned customer and technical support was always available as well. He definitely made this process very smooth.
