Terrible product. Told title company I would not deal with Qualia and would find a different title company. They did everything the old fashioned correct way.

I hope I never have to work with Qualia again! I’ve been completely locked out of a task, and the only support option available is email. The response time is incredibly slow, and if the issue isn’t resolved in their first response, you’re left waiting who knows how long for a follow-up. I’ve been trying to get this issue resolved all day, but I can’t move forward with my work because I’m still waiting for a second response from support. There needs to be a much faster and more accessible way to get help when a technical issue prevents you from completing a task. This level of support is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Horrible app. Not easy to use, has you waiting to be able to retake pic for id verification. Says a few minutes, whats that mean, i waited a few minutes and it wont send code. Also collects biometric data.

As a realtor, this program is a real headache and is frustrating. There is no option to look at a calendar of major transaction events, such as the schedule Settlement time, deadlines, etc. User is frozen out of making changes to basic transaction details, like fees, closing cost concessions, settlement date, etc.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Qualia to help me get through as a real estate seller. Their chat is awful and very frustrating. They seemed to bury their phone number. When I found the number it was just a voice mail on how to get to their chat. I have spent over a half an hour on this and I’m no closer to closing than before I started. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

We're giving this 2 instead of 3 stars because when we sent an email asking how to change our subscription from auto-ship to something different (we weren't sure of the options, so we asked), they cancelled our subscription all together. We didn't ask for them to cancel it. They just did it on their own and sent us an email telling us that it is cancelled now. Our response to them was a simple, "Well, that's not what we asked for, but okay then." If they can just cancel an account without the customer's request or permission, we'd rather not do business with them.
