Great bike overall for the money. Instructions were a little unclear but I figured it out in about 45 minutes. Would and have recommended to others.

My etrike was a birthday gift from my family. I absolutely love it!!! I feel more secure/stable on the trike than my 2 wheel bike. Thank you.

Front tire tube has a hole in it and won't hold air. I sent an E mail 3 days ago and have not received a response. Got the bike together and never got a mile on and the tire is totally flat and I was on a bike path. Instructions printed too small and not clear. Seats too small. Aside from that ok.
Response from QlifebikeApr 27, 2026
Hi Glen, We sincerely apologize for the frustrating start with your new bike and our delayed reply to your email. We’re very sorry your front inner tube has a hole and cannot hold air, leaving you unable to ride even a short distance after assembly. We deeply regret that we missed your message and failed to respond to you in a timely manner these past few days. We also apologize for the tiny, unclear instruction print and the uncomfortable small seat. We truly appreciate your objective feedback, and we will optimize our user manuals and product details to improve the overall using experience. Please feel free to contact us anytime, and we will offer you follow-up support and solve the problem as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and valuable suggestions.
