Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping, and assembly. Bike rides nicely. Be careful when ordering the fat tire series. It does raise the overall height of the bike, which might make it difficult to get off the bike when riding. Also, don't take anything apart when assembling the bike. ( Especially the front brakes) Just put the parts on. Enjoy.

The delivery took 2 and a half weeks from the date of purchase, The bicycle has multiple scratches on it and the assembly directions are an absolute joke! Very disappointed in the quality for the amount of money spent I would not recommend!

Dear Kevin Orlop, We sincerely apologize for the long delivery time, multiple scratches on the bike, and unclear assembly instructions that led to your disappointing experience. We deeply regret the poor quality control and inadequate manual design. We will optimize our packaging, pre-shipment inspection and instruction guides strictly. Our support team is ready to assist you with any related issues. Thank you for your honest feedback to help us improve.

My bike is very comfortable to ride
My bike is very comfortable to ride, as well as providing different speed modes which can be easily switched between to decide how much power is wanted. It doesn’t take long to charge at all and has been very reliable for me.

The bikes are well constructed
The bikes are well constructed, easy to assemble, and relatively easy to troubleshoot. Of the two my wife and I ordered, one ended up having a defective controller unit. The one downside to this is that each communication with Q Life would take days to get a reply, often prompted by a follow-up phone call from me, so while we received the bikes at the end of March, we weren't able to properly test the one with a defective controller until this past weekend (4 weeks later).

Customer service was unable change the bike color from white to black when I contacted them within hours of ordering. Shipping was fast and the bike assembly was easy. My daughter only has about an hour riding time on it so far so I can’t really give a full product review.
