It was pretty self explanatory so I just filled in the blanks and hopefully it is done correctly.And I can move forward.thank you for your Help..

After I completed a couple of pages of the form I had a question and called the phone number listed and explaines my problem. I was advised that this form was not suitable for my situation and advised by the person on the phone to discontinue completing the form as the questions do not apply to my situation. I therefore requested a refund of my $299. fee as this was not helpful to me at all.

I used QDRODESK to draft the CalSTRS QDRO for a client. The people at QDRO desk approved it, yet CalSTRS rejected it. Now I have to figure out why? A bit frustrating. Not a "fill in the blank, and it is done" experience I was hoping for.

I never had to go online for a 401 K I think phone calls are much easier

If you do not know how to fill the qdro out no problem. Do the best you can, it is not that bad. They will send message on changes to make before going to courts to verify qdro. Good site to complete a qdro and it can save you thousands in taxes by doing. Good site.

Initially, I had problems accessing QDRODesk. However, once that problem got resolved, entering the actual information required was easy. The questions were clear. I also found the explanatory notes following some questions helpful.

I gave you 4 stars because I thought you were on point with helping to answer my questions. Also most of the questions were self explanatory but there is always room for improvement .
