Easy to use
I needed to draft a QDRO quickly for my mediation divorce clients. I was able to complete a QDRO for them in less than an hour.

Helped immensely!
My ex-wife and I wanted to execute our Pro Se QDRO quickly so she could meet a home settlement date. I was genuinely shocked at how much attention and help they gave us. It's so unusual this day and age to receive such personal care and attention. They personally reviewed our documents and found little things we wouldn't have caught. I can't recommend them enough!

I expected more
I don't feel that this was money well spent. I expected more than a copy service.

We are concerned you did not complete your QDRO, otherwise you will see just how comprehensive it is. We also have a 9 point review process and unlimited phone and e-mail support you have access to from start-to-finish. Our product is well respected throughout the industry and we are not sure what you mean by a copy service. Help desk is very patient!
Most who have begun this process will admit is is quite tedious. Needless to say, I'm not the exception! I have spoken most frequently with Christine who is pleasant, understanding, and kind each and every time. The process and questions are not easy to answer and the additional assistance is very much appreciated!

Good forms, non-existent support
Support questions go straight to voicemail, and the voicemail messages are then ignored. Beware!

Highly recommend this wonderful service
If I would have known how easy this service is to use I would not have procrastinated as long as I did. I just had no idea how user-friendly this QDRO program is. Also after I sent the completed QDRO for review there was a minor change that had to be made (my fault) and I wasn't sure how to incorporate the change. All it took was one simple phone call and the representative patiently stayed on the phone with me as I made the change. I was very impressed with their service. I highly recommend it.
