Filling out the online form was simple and user friendly. However, customer service wasn't great. I called and left a message twice and never heard back from anyone.

The process was straight forward, except when i need to re-edit the document to make change after the multi point check. Finding the right question on the pull down and then knowing to hit the back button. It would be more to say "GO TO". I am hopeful that the 403b administration process goes smoothly.

It simplified the process and made it understandable for an attorney who doesn't prepare many Qualified Domestic Relations Orders for Federal employees.

can't get any help either on phone or email and i need assistance. Need to have more staff and someone to answer the phone. I called again and got great help.
