The preparation procedure went smoothly, and I was able to file the QDRO in Colorado with no problem. However, the court did not accept it because they require an additional page which includes the approval of the request for the Order by both parties. I had to prepare this without guidance from QDRODESK and refile the request for issuance of the order. I will have to wait to see if it has been successfully refiled and accepted for issuance by the court.
