Rhonda, I am not sure if your 1 star review was by accident. In order to check the contents and type of QDRO you completed, we recommend you submit it for our free 9-Point Review process. A QDRO specialist will take a look and make sure everything is correct and help with any errors. At this pint we noticed that you did completed the QDRO, but have not yet submitted it for review. I can’t get help & I don’t understand…
I can’t get help & I don’t understand what needs to be fixed or how to proceed. Thx. Also no phone # to call & get Christine. I want someone to call me and schedule a review time & since I’m so busy this may need to be setup via text at 903-490-3499. Thank you.

Had to correct their wrong statutes.
I had to call them to let them know they cite the incorrect statutes. No thank you, no acknowledgment. Was told that nobody ever picked up on that, we’re going to change that.

had no problem taking $, can't download or print the order. Refund $, I'll find a different company that can deliver.
